Support Worker

Hours: 40 hours per week (Full time) Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.30pm with occasional Saturday morning working, by rota.  
Responsible to: Spokes Project
Salary: Between £11.44 per hour - £11.90 per hour depending on qualifications.
Location: Spokes, Tintern House, Stevens Park, Quarry Bank, Dudley. DY5 2HR
Main purpose of this role: To support people with learning disabilities (trainees) to engage in work related activities.

If you are experienced working with people with disabilities and are mechanically minded and comfortable handling tools this may be the right opportunity for you.

We are looking to recruit an experienced support worker in our Day Service in Quarry Bank, Dudley, that has an interest in learning cycle maintenance. You will be trained and then qualified to refurbish old bicycles & to teach people with learning disabilities how to do this too.
